HOW IT WORKS...

Step One – Complete Enquiry Form

When we receive your completed enquiry form we will aim to respond to it as quickly as possible. When you send it before 6pm (often later) this will usually mean you get a response that same day.

Step Two – Receive Our Offer

When we contact you it may be via email with a bid, or if we need more information we may call you, either way our bid will be made very swiftly.

Step Three – Accept The Offer

If you decide to accept the offer things will move very quickly. We often make the offer personally by phone, this is the ideal time to make the collection arrangements. However, if you accept our offer via email we will contact you directly to make the collection arrangements.

Step Four – We Collect & Pay

When we arrive to collect the bike, it is helpful to have a dry area preferably well lit to examine the bike. This will usually take around fifteen minutes. Then a further ten minutes to complete the paperwork and payment.

Before we arrive to collect the bike we will discuss payment with you. We pay by cash, bank transfer or cheque. The method of payment is your choice but we will ask you to choose before we set off to collect your bike.
